I have been dancing all of my life and whilst at University studying Dance, I became a member of the Bath Spa Rapids Cheerleading Squad - this is where my passion for Cheer really grew! On returning to  Hereford in 2011 I completed my cheerleading qualifications through the British Cheerleading Association, and became a NCSSE Level 1-4 Cheerleading coach. I now run Hereford's 3Degreez Cheerleaders with fellow Coach Katie. Along side 3Degreez I also teach cheerleading within local schools, and run competition teams, as well as offering many other dance classes such as RL's Contemporary.
Starting my cheerleading life with the HUFC Bullitz at the age of 9 you could say I have cheerleading running through my blood! I have a true passion for cheer and started coaching during my Bullitz days as a Junior coach helping run our peewee sessions. Over the years I have also taught as part of enrichment programmes throughout local schools. In October 2009 I completed my BCA (NCSSE) qualifications up to and including level 4 and more recently added my Masters Certificate to the portfolio. Following the birth of my first child I joined forces with fellow Coach Ruth  to run the Hereford's 3Degreez.

I have always loved performing and started dancing at the age of 4! I then became a teaching assistant for my dance school at the age of 14. I didn't discover Cheerleading until I was at University where I joined the Bath Spa Rapid's Cheerleading Squad. During my second and third year of University, I was very proud to lead and support the team as Dance Captain. When I returned to Hereford I joined 3Degreez Distinction Squad, this is where my love for cheerleading has really grown and grown. Being part of this amazing squad has allowed me to develop both my performance and coaching skills and in October 2014 I was lucky enough to be asked to join Coach Katie and Ruth to become their assistant coach. I completed my BGU level 1-3 coaching course in March 2015. In 2016 I completed my Cheerobics Intensity qualification and have been enjoying bringing new drills and skills to the 3Degreez Teams!
